High-quality façades with green accents, refined detailing and generous windows enrich the neighbourhood aesthetically. Mineral materials pay tribute to the historic warehouses and urban brick architecture. Luxurious entrance halls create a stylish transition from the city to your personal haven. The spacious inner garden was designed by landscape architect Erik Dhont. Flowers, shrubs and trees create a hidden oasis of tranquillity. Natural stone pathways lead alongside a serene reflective pool and inviting resting areas where sun and shade meet.
