Each viewing with a prospective buyer takes place under the personal supervision of an estate agent. We provide a detailed brochure to each visitor and follow everything closely.
05 Bids and negotiations

06 Administrative handling of the sale
Once an agreement is reached, we take care of the sales agreement in full consultation with both notaries. We continue to follow up your file until the authentic deed is executed by the notary. Only when the buyer pays the purchase price to the notary will our fees be reimbursed.
